To insure a pleasant stay, we always ask that you make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We hope that our schedule fits into your traveling plans. If it does not, please let us know so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
The comfort of our guests is assured by our policy of no children less than 12 years of age and no pets. Rosewood Inn operates under permit by the New York State Department of Health's fire and sanitation codes. We do not allow burning candles or smoking in our building or on our property.
If we find that you have been smoking in our home, we will be forced to charge an additional nights stay to your credit card so that we can professionally disinfect.
One nights deposit is required. Because we are a small inn, and deal in numerous advanced reservations, we request early notification if your reservations are to be changed in any way. All cancellations are charged $25.00 processing fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to arrival date. On shorter notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited. A 30-day cancellation is required for Holidays & Special Event Weekends. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures.
